Warren Johnson first established HYDROSTATIC TESTING CONSULTANTS Ltd in 1979. Warren was a qualified Hydrographic and Land Surveyor who had worked extensively on offshore contracts involving seismic operations, diving and feasibility studies for submarine pipelines before joining the pipeline testing industry. Having worked for a number of established Testing Companies Warren formed H.T.C. Ltd in 1979. After 22 successful years at the helm of H.T.C.
Warren retired and the management team of Richard Christopher and Mark Lacey, successfully completed a management buy out. Richard had been with H.T.C. for 21 years, 12 of these years as Operations Director, Mark had been with the Company 11 years progressing to the position of Senior Test Engineer within H.T.C.
